Casa Radicci’s history in FROZEN production began in 2011. Our R&D team, in close cooperation with the Quality Department, conducted extensive tests and analyses to define the range of products that are now part of our FROZEN offering.
Advanced technology for unrivalled freshness
Our advanced Frozen machines use liquid nitrogen, allowing us to freeze even the smallest pieces of cheese with precision. All our FROZEN cheeses are produced and frozen directly in our factory, where we also offer storage services for frozen products and the consolidation of complete reefer containers for any destination.
