Casa Radicci, a historic Italian brand of fresh spun and soft cheeses, is among the market leaders in the dairy industry. Our brand philosophy is based on three main concepts: experience, goodness and quality.

Alongside these, passion, tradition and innovation are the values that distinguish us and guide the production of the three brands Caseificio Pugliese, Conrado, Spega. For more than 50 years, we have relied onstrongly established expertise,technological innovation and extremely qualified and cutting-edgeresearch and development.

And then our most precious ingredients: 100% Italian milk, mostly from Piedmont and strictly from controlled farms, milk enzymes, rennet and salt. Our raw materials are carefully selected, certified and transformed daily into cheese through a rigorous short supply chain model. From milk collected every day, we carefully and passionately make our products and distribute them throughout Italy and foreign markets.
