  • BRC and IFS, relating to hygienic-sanitary production standards, to the full involvement of human resources through communication and training.
  • BIO certification, relating to the processing and marketing of organic milk and derivative products, and to the high welfare standards of the animals raised.
  • ISO 22005, UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 supply chain traceability system: from the raw milk production phase to the stretched curd dairy product.
  • Products certified as 100% Piedmont milk: fresh stretched curd products, ricotta, soft cheeses (primo sale, stracchini, crescenze).
