We have a single watchword that distinguishes all aspects of our work: quality. This concept, for us at Casa Radicci, is not abstract, but a choice that we renew every day and that takes shape in three different aspects.

It all starts with the selection of the raw material, which is the “soul” of our products, an undisputed source of taste and authenticity. We only process 100% Italian daily milk, mostly from selected and certified Piedmontese stables – which raise pure Frisona cows, queens in the production of the highest quality milk – and from farms (in Lombardy and Piedmont) of Saanen and Camosciata goats.

thanks to the commitment of experts who, even today, manually transform milk, with the support of industrial machinery.

100% Italian milk and lactic ferments and not derived from genetically modified microorganisms give life to a riot of flavors and aromas: rennet, also Italian and non-GMO, and very fine cava salt complete our products, maintaining their flavor unchanged.

Furthermore, additives are banned, in a perspective of unique goodness and genuineness.

Finally, quality in relationships, as confirmed by the clarity, transparency and frankness that outline the fil rouge of our company policy, which protects and enhances partners, buyers and consumers.
