Fresh From Frozen is the new line of cheese that we offer to our customers: easy to use, effective and safe with all their nutritional qualities preserved.

All FFF cheeses are frozen cheeses with a shelf life of 365 days. The cheese is purchased frozen, must be transported and stored at -18°C to ensure its integrity and perfect conservation for 12 months.

No expiration date is printed on each sales unit intended as the entire box, not the individual package.
On the external label of the box you will find the production date, the freezing date and the expiration date (365 days from the freezing date).

Once the individual unit is defrosted by the end consumer or the end seller, the shelf life of these cheeses is very long.

The end consumer or the seller, will apply a label with the exact expiration date following our quality instructions.
